NMCBL is not about individuals, it truly is a team sport where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Our team changes over time depending on membership but typically has over 300 years of business experience sitting at the advisory board table (CBC). Each of us benefits from the skills and experience brought to the table by those around us. Some are more skilled at sales, some operations, some contract law but all are there committed to the success of the others at the table.
Chair/Facilitator
A life-long resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tim attended the University of New Mexico and obtained a degree in electrical engineering followed later by an MBA. In 2011, Tim had the privilege of being inducted into the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to the community and success in starting the technology company WaveFront Sciences.
The experience of growing WaveFront Sciences from “two guys in a garage”, to venture capital funding and eventual acquisition by a public company provided Tim with a broad range of experiences in the business world. Developing technology, managing people and surviving difficult economic times all provided valuable learning experiences. He shares these experiences with his members in NMCBL as the chair/facilitator of the CBC group.
Tim has always loved the business world and is excited to expand this world to include marketplace ministry, helping Christian business owners realize the potential their businesses have for the Kingdom of God, through NMCBL.
In church life, Tim has served the churches he attended in many capacities including: baby holder, sound man, Bible-study teacher, small group leader and elder.
