Pastors face all the pressures of running an organization in the same role as a business CEO, often with the additional burden of no training in management, severe financial constraints and the congregational expectation of unlimited time and perfection.

As a pastor, you may be facing:

  • An unsupportive elder board
  • Personal sin, marriage issues or organizational issues that you aren’t willing to discuss within your congregational circles
  • The need for counsel outside your training

Know this, you do not have to walk alone. We are FOR you and recognize that there are no perfect pastors.

Pastors are welcome to be a member of a CBC group. Here they receive the same confidential consideration from the group as the other members, grow in their leadership skills and and receive godly advice for any issue presented.

Individual pastoral support includes confidential counsel in any and all areas of church life from one experienced serving the church in all areas including as an elder.

Costs for this support vary and depend on the need, starting with a cup of coffee or a phone call. Don’t let cost considerations deter you from calling. As a pastor, you are my HERO.

Churches are dynamic, living organisms and organizations. Like all organizations, they need strategic leadership and good management/stewardship. Like most organizations, they sometimes struggle and can benefit from an external perspective.
