Christian Business Council

It’s lonely at the the top and none of us have all the answers. Fortune 500 CEO’s pay large sums of money to bring in advisers to help them move their company forward. For a fraction of the cost, you can benefit from over 300 years of combined business experience. Surrounding yourself with wise advisers may be the best decision you ever make for your business.

The Christian Business Council is the heart of the NMCBL experience. Generically known as a “peer advisory board”,  the CBC brings together 10-12 experienced business leaders in a confidential, monthly, full-day meeting that combines business education, problem solving, faith integration and relationships that go deeper than any you may have ever experienced. This meeting may be the only time of the month where you take the time to work “on” your business instead of “in” your business.

Generally, members of a group will be both men and women, non-competitive and different industries. The strength of the group comes from diversity of view, industry, education and experience.

No two CBC meetings are alike, however, they do share common elements, including:

  • Business devotional
  • Member update
  • Business education study
  • Member spotlight
  • Round table issue discussion
